Patrick Civitello was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison on Tuesday after the Schenectady teen pleaded guilty to assaulting a 15-year-old victim whose mother had testified against Civitello’s father and brother in a federal criminal trial.
All charges have been dismissed against former Niskayuna resident Osman Rasul, who allegedly left a racist voicemail last August for former Niskayuna Supervisor Jaime Puccioni.
