MALTA — It was cold and snowy the night I went to BuonaSera, and there were cats and books and a martini at home. Eric chose cats.
SARATOGA SPRINGS — Patrice and I were confused. We’d walked into West Ave Chicken and tried to figure out why there was so much pizza. The menu board hanging behind the counter was full of pizza. Had we gone to the wrong place?

You should visit Palazzo if you want the old-school Italian restaurant experience and excellent food. It’s nice enough to celebrate a special occasion and the service was solid.

ROTTERDAM JUNCTION — The sandwiches were terrific, as advertised, at the Hungry Chicken, but the stars aligned in other ways to make for an outstanding experience.
