SCHENECTADY — A small group of invited guests, including members of the local media, were invited to the GE Theatre at Proctors on Tuesday for an open house with some of the touring cast and crew of "Life of Pi," which is at the Schenectady theater Thursday through Sunday. The cast discussed how they bring the show, originally a book that has also been made into a movie, to the stage, as well as demonstrating how it brings to life one of the show's central characters — a tiger named Richard Parker.
